Marshmallow cookies 🍪🍪

 And, our Jr.Chef  continue experimenting in the kitchen and here is another recipe created by him :). Thanks for the YouTube Kids for all the baking videos for kids that gives him more ideas to improvise on his own :).

Without much delay, here are the ingredients that he used. 

Marshmallows   -  1/3 C  (he used mini marshmallows) 

Unsalted softened butter  🧈-  1/2 C

Semi-sweet Chocolate chips 🧆 -  1/4 C

Flour 🍚 -  1/2 C  (he used Krustez pancake mix)

Egg  🥚-  1

Whisk Egg 🥚; Mix butter 🧈; 

Tuck in rest of the ingredients; 🥣

unlike cookie dough, this comes out like super soft Roti dough and will be able to make soft balls and press it gently on the cookie sheet like shown in below pics.

                                           

Cookies ready to go in Pre-heated Oven with 375 F ⏲ .

10 mins ⏰ is all you need (little more or less based on your oven) before enjoying the delicious cookies!
