This is our 6 yr old’s first self created recipe. And we are thrilled with the unique flavor! He is passionate about a few things and baking is one of them. Would like to share his recipe without much delay.
Ingredients :
Oreo cookies - 20 🍪
Eggs - 2 🥚🥚
Pancake flour - 1 cup 🥞 (he used Krusteaz complete pancake mix)
Chocolate chips - handfull
Nutmeg powder - 1 tsp 🌶
Milk - 5 tbsp 🥛
Butter to grease the pan 🧈 (we used 8x8 dark square pan but 8" round pan would work too)
Whisk eggs.
Crush oreo cookies and mix all the ingredients.
Grease a cake pan and spread out the mixture.
Preheat oven to 360F (lil more or less based on your oven).
Bake for 15-20 mins (more or less based on your oven) and oreo brownies are ready to enjoy.
